USAGE FLOW
1. Please inform the customer's name and flight information via email from Club Thailand at least 5 days in advance.
2. Please pay CLUB THAILAND's service fees in advance.
3. On the day of arrival, a TLM staff member will be waiting at your arrival gate holding a sign with your name on it.
4. TLM staff will assist you immediately (please register in advance to use the luggage carts within the airport).
5. TLM staff will lead you to a dedicated lane (Immigration lane).
6. TLM staff will be responsible for loading your luggage off the plane onto the luggage trolley.
